Terms and Conditions of Booking

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and stays at Topview Hotels Abuja (“the Hotel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Hotel. 1.2 A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or reference number and, where applicable, payment of the required deposit or full prepayment. 1.3 Rates quoted are in Nigerian Naira (NGN), per room per night, and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional taxes, tourism levies, or service charges may apply.

2. Payment

2.1 Full payment or a valid guarantee (credit/debit card) is required at the time of booking for non-refundable rates and during peak periods. 2.2 For flexible rates, payment is due upon check-in unless a prior arrangement has been made. 2.3 Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (subject to prior approval). 2.4 The Hotel does not store complete card details; payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 noon. 3.2 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges (50% of nightly rate for late check-out until 6:00 PM; full nightly rate thereafter). 3.3 Valid government-issued photo ID and the credit/debit card used for booking (or a copy) must be presented at check-in.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full stay. 4.2 Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment is charged at booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances. 4.3 Group bookings (5 rooms or more) and bookings during peak periods/special events are subject to separate cancellation terms stated at the time of reservation.

5. Modifications

Any request to modify a confirmed booking (dates, room type, etc.) is subject to availability and may result in a rate change or additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibility

6.1 Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to Hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly. 6.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of NGN 50,000 will be charged for violation. 6.3 The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or evict guests without refund for behaviour that disturbs other guests, staff, or violates Hotel policies or Nigerian law.

7. Children and Extra Beds

7.1 Children aged 0–5 years stay free when sharing existing bedding. 7.2 Children aged 6–12 years are charged 50% of the adult extra-person rate. 7.3 Extra beds/rollaways are subject to availability and incur additional charges.

8. Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, strikes, or power failure.

9. Liability

9.1 The Hotel’s liability for loss or damage to guests’ property is limited in accordance with Nigerian law. 9.2 Valuables should be deposited in the in-room safe or at the front desk. The Hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://topviewhotel.com/privacy-policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
